First Look - Meet Meredith & Derek's New Baby on New Season of GREY'S ANATOMY

TVGuide.com gives viewers an exclusive first look at Meredith and Derek's new-born son, Bailey on the upcoming season premiere of ABC's GREY'S ANATOMY. Explained series star Patrick Dempsey of the image at left, "This is when I show her the baby for the first time." The series premieres Thursday, September 26 on ABC.

Series creator and executive producer Shonda Rhimes tells the site, "Meredith is juggling a lot. She's trying to be a good mom, wife and friend, and this is the year of her attending career in which she should really be trying to make her mark. To me, this is Meredith's lean-in season. She's going to discover whether or not she's interested in being that person who puts her career first."

Recipient of the 2007 Golden Globe Award for Best Drama Television Series and nominated for multiple Emmys, including Outstanding Drama Series, "Grey's Anatomy" is considered one of the great television shows of our time.
