ETonline reports exclusively that Kristen Bell will guest star on an upcoming episode of the Disney Channel comedy LIV AND MADDIE. The FROZEN actress will play herself in a special episode on girl empowerment, set to air later this year.

In the episode titled "Ask Her More-a-Rooney," Liv (Cameron), the actress of the Rooney family, is set to star in a new TV show. In a scene taking place on the red carpet, it comes to Liv's attention that only her male co-star is asked about his role and career, while she is asked about such topics as beauty, fashion "and other superficial things."

Bell will come along on the carpet and together with Live, help to "change the conversation and prove that girls should be asked about more substantial topics, rather than the typical "Which designer are you wearing?" type of questions."

The actress made her Broadway debut in 2001, originating the role of Becky Thatcher in the short-lived "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer." In 2002, she was in the revival of Arthur Miller's "The Crucible" on Broadway, starring Laura Linney and Liam Neeson.
