It's cooked or be cooked! Esquire Network has greenlit a fourth season of the raucous under-ground cooking competition series KNIFE FIGHT, which wraps season three with an epic one-hour finale tonight, Tuesday, July 14 at 10/9c. In each episode, two chefs go head-to-head, making at least two dishes in a single hour from a combination of secret ingredients judged by Chef Ilan Hall. Production on season four begins mid-July at Hall's Brooklyn-based restaurant, The Gorbals. Shot tournament style, notable nation-wide chefs compete to conquer mystery ingredients and each other, with only one left standing.
Esquire Network continues to gain momentum delivering its third consecutive quarter of double-digit growth. Outperforming last season, KNIFE FIGHT season three's performance is +31% among Adults 18-49 and +82% with Total Viewers. Tonight, it's the epic grand finale battle and only two culinary conquistadors remain: the classically trained, Michelin-starred Austrian, Edi Frauneder, and the self taught Peruvian powerhouse, Miguel Aguilar. They've created mind-blowing dishes to get to this point, but only one will go home with the prized 'Lamb Splitter' knife. Mystery ingredients include whole alligator, fennel, duck, toadfish and cough drops. KNIFE FIGHT is produced for Esquire Network by Flower Films and Authentic Entertainment. For Flower Films, Drew Barrymore and Nancy Juvonen are executive producers; co-executive producers are Ember Truesdell and Chris Miller. For Authentic Entertainment, Lauren Lexton, Tom Rogan and J.C. Begley are executive producers. Ilan Hall, Rich Kim and Kevin Johnston are executive producers.Videos
