Disney Channel is TV's #1 Total Day Network for 73 Weeks in Key Demos

For the week of October 29, 2012, Disney Channel once again emerged as the TV destination for kids and Tweens, extending its record-streak as the #1 Total Day TV network to 73 consecutive weeks in Kids 6-11 (569,000/2.4 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (484,000/2.0 rating), surpassing Nickelodeon by double digits for a respective 52nd (+32%, vs. 430,000) and 54th (+55%, vs. 313,000) consecutive week.
In Prime, Disney Channel reigned supreme yet again, ranking as the #1 cable TV network for the 389th straight week in Kids 6-11 (968,000/4.1 rating – nearly 7 1/2 years), and was #1 for the 124th week in a row in Tweens 9-14 (838,000/3.5 rating – more than 2 years).Disney Channel delivered the week’s Top 8 TV Telecasts in Kids 6-11:Disney Channel held the week’s Top 2 TV Telecasts in Tweens 9-14, and 8 of the Top 9 overall:
