Demi Lovato to Play Santana's Love Interest on GLEE

At Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards, Naya Rivera, who portrays Santana on the FOX musical drama GLEE, gushed over the news that her pal Demi Lovato would be guest starring on the upcoming fifth season of the show.
"She's playing my love interest, so I'm very, very excited about that," revealed Rivera. "We get to sing a song together. It's going to be good, I'm excited to work with her."
The actress also shared that she will team up with Lovato on a Beatles song for the two-part season opener and that she is "bringing [Demi] to the dark side."On the highly emotional experience of filming the tribute episode for her close friend and co-star Cory Monteith, Rivera said, "It's the worst thing that's ever happened to me. It is the hardest thing to do. It's been the worst week ever."
The fifth season of Glee premieres on FOX on Thursday, September 26th.
