The Hollywood Reporter has announced that Columbia Records will release "GLEE: The Music, Volume 1" on November 3rd. The release will contain 17 tracks performed during the show's first season.

The GLEE cast's cover of "Don't Stop Believin'" by "Journey" hit No. 1 on the iTunes chart following its use in the show's pilot, which had a special sneak preview last season after an episode of "American Idol."

"GLEE: The Music, Volume 1" will include renditions of Queen's "Somebody to Love," Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline" and Kanye West's "Gold Digger", all of which will be featured on the show in the upcoming season.

The GLEE version of Les Miserables' "On My Own" sung by series star Lea Michele is now also available on iTunes. The recording is already a hit and rising up the iTunes charts, you can buy the song and get more information by clicking here.

In a significant multiplatform deal, Columbia Records will be the official music partner of Twentieth Century Fox Television's eagerly anticipated new comedy musical series "GLEE."

From Ryan Murphy, creator of "Nip/Tuck," "GLEE" features an amazingly talented and diverse cast from the worlds of stage and screen and a soundtrack of hit music from past to present. Each episode of the series features an eclectic selection of hits from genres spanning pop, R&B, hip-hop, country, Broadway and rock and roll, reinterpreted through the lens of Murphy's modern sensibility and razor-sharp wit.

GLEE premieres Wednesday, Sept. 9 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
