Coaches Complete Teams & Move On to Battle Round on Telemundo's LA VOZ KIDS

During the final episode of "Blind Auditions" on TELEMUNDO's "La Voz Kids," Coaches Daddy Yankee, Natalia Jimenez, and Pedro Fernandez selected the last nine voices needed to complete their teams. Kids from California, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, New York, Puerto Rico, and Texas, concluded the search of the 54 vocalists who will now take part in the much anticipated "Battle Rounds" starting next Sunday, April 26, at 8pm/7c from Universal Orlando Resort. During this second phase of the singing competition, the Coaches will devote themselves to the development of their teams with the help of guest mentors Becky G, Maluma, and Victor Manuelle, respectively, where three contestants from each team perform the same song together, but only one will move onto the Finals.

The following are the nine voices added during last night's episode:

DADDY YANKEE added his last three voices to #TeamYankee:

15-year-old Leosmany Castillo, from Houston, Texas. This Cuban boy made everyone dance to "Bailando" (Enrique Iglesias). He came to the United States two years ago but his mother still lives in Cuba. His dream is to reunite his family in the United States, the place that is giving him the opportunity of becoming a famous singer. After all three Coaches turned their chairs for him; he picked Daddy Yankee, who commented: "You have a lot of potential and something very 'original' in your voice."
13-year-old Jorge Cruz, from Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico, sang "Tres Palabras" (Luis Miguel). He participated on "La Voz Kids" last year but was not chosen. However, he did not give up. Instead, he worked hard and followed the Coaches' advice to make it back. "You have to believe, not give up on yourself and fight for your dreams," Jorge stated. The Coaches finally turned at nearly the end of his performance, moving him to tears as he said: "Thank you, thank you!," overwhelmed by happiness. He chose Coach Yankee, who added: "I love to see young talents like you coming from my country."
11-year-old Danny Pena, from Queens, New York, impressed Coaches and audience as he performed "Limbo," one of Daddy Yankee's hit songs. This charismatic kid of Dominican descent wants to make his and his mom's dreams a reality. Presently, they both take singing classes together, as she has always wanted to be a professional singer. His chance to participate on "La Voz Kids" is a big accomplishment for the two of them. Coach Yankee gave Danny his last 'team cap' as he completed his team.?
NATALIA JIMENEZ added her last two voices to #TeamNatalia:

14-year-old Jacqueline Collazo, from West Wendover, Nevada, performed "Que Nadie Sepa mi Sufrir" (Lila Downs). She lives with her mother and grandmother in a very small town where they work hard to make ends meet. She is very proud of her mother and the sacrifices she makes for their family. Natalia was the only Coach to turn and told her: "You have a huge voice!" Then she turned to Yankee and Pedro and asked them: "Are you guys deaf?", and smiled as she walked away with a great voice.
15-year-old Jesus Manuel Esquer, from Heber, California, an elegant and mature "Charro", performed "La Puerta Negra" (Los Tigres del Norte). He started singing with his dad at age two. Unfortunately, his dad passed away when Jesus was only six years old, but he is still his biggest inspiration. The three Coaches fought for him but, surprising everyone, he chose Natalia, who thanked him for wanting to be on her team. "He has an incredible voice; completely developed for his age," she said, claiming an amazing voice for her team.
PEDRO FERNANDEZ added the last four voices to #TeamPedro:

14-year-old Giselle Lopez, from El Paso, Texas, performed "Cenizas" (Shaila Durcal). She gets very emotional when she talks about her father because they share a very close relationship and a passion for sports and music. Daddy Yankee turned first, followed by Pedro, who turned during the last note of her performance. With tears running down her face, Giselle got the audience on their feet as she sang to Pedro, choosing him as her Coach.
12-year-old Estefani Lopez, from Riverside, California, who performed "Si tu También te Vas" (Lola Beltrán), plays the violin and comes from a very musical family. She dedicated her performance to her grandmother, who passed away recently and loved to hear her sing. Pedro turned his chair added her to his team, stating: "She has a lot of confidence on stage." The audience applauded in agreement with him.
13-year-old Ambar Rivera, from Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, performed "Suerte" (Paty Cantu). She has a sister on her father's side whom she had not yet met and was able to connect with her through the Internet. Little did she know that the night was going to be magical in more than one way... The show's production team surprised her with a special guest right before her performance; her sister had come to meet her and show her support. She chose #TeamPedro, but Natalia, who also turned her chair, consoled her before leaving the stage, as she could not stop crying tears of joy.
14-year-old Angie Vasquez, from Lindenhurst, Illinois, of Peruvian descent, performed "I Will Never Let You Down" (Rita Ora). She is a very shy girl, but when she performs, everything changes, filling her with the desire to show everyone her talent. She could not stop crying as she was the last voice to make it and become part of #TeamPedro.

The winner receives a recording contract and a $50,000 cash prize to support their education.
