Actress and producer Cassandra Seidenfeld is an actress with a heart and dedication to philanthropy, committed to her work and giving back.

She is currently filming a romantic comedy, entitled "Bite Me." As described by Seidenfeld, this is "a subversive romantic comedy about the real life subculture of people who believe that they're vampires and the IRS agent who audits them."

The film is produced by Sarah A. Wharton, directed by Meredith Edwards and is comprised of a 90 percent female production team.

"Bite Me" stars Naomi McDougall Jones, Annie Golden, and Naomi Grossman. Cassandra Seidenfeld portrays the character of Ambrosia in this film, in the genre of romance and comedy.

The film is scheduled to conclude production this month, with a mid 2018 release date.

In July 2017, Cassandra Seidenfeld completed production on Rob Margolies film, "Weight" which is scheduled to be RELEASED in early 2018. She also wrapped production of her role in Jon Dabach's "I'd Like To Be Alone Now", this film is currently in post-production, set for a winter 2017 release date. "Weight", according to the films Imdb.com page is "a comedy about a heavy subject," starring Randy Quaid. The film has been cast by Judy Henderson. "I'd Like To Be Alone Now" is another film in which Cassandra Seidenfeld appeared, and it is categorized as a dramedy about a young man who wants to mourn in peace after losing his wife and kids." The film showcases how different relatives and friends process grief. Future projects of which Seidenfeld is slated, include appearing as a celebrity Judge on a national television talent show as well her appearance as a co-host on an L.A. based radio music show.

Cassandra Seidenfeld is involved with various charitable events in the New York City area. In a recent interview she stated, "it is my privilege to give back for the many gifts I have received in life," and added, "I like to stay active with the many organizations I support." Seidenfeld is the Producer of the First Women's Fashion & Film Festival, dedicated to "shining a light" on the inspiring work of women filmmakers. It is important to her as conveyed by Seidenfeld herself, "to help empower women, and to eradicate poverty, human suffering and human violence with an emphasis on providing support for women and children." She is known by her peers for using her talents and heart to connect people.

"I love acting. Naturally, I am a shy person bursting inside with so much emotion and passion to release, so when I am fortunate enough to choose a role, it has a lot to do with what I would like most to release in myself. This isn't always the reason and result of why I book a job though. She continued, "that's the wonderful allure of TV, Film and Theater- the ability to turn dreams into reality into realistic dreaming- it feels like magic," concludes Seidenfeld.
