CBS'S THE TALK to Unwrap Holiday Season with Return to NYC, Beg. 12/7

THE TALK is unwrapping its annual holiday trip to New York City, with all-new episodes beginning Monday, Dec. 7 - Friday, Dec. 11 (2:00-3:00 PM, ET/1:00-2:00 PM, PT/CT). Celebrating with a star-studded week of seasonal-themed episodes, hosts Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Aisha Tyler and Sheryl Underwood will shoot on location at the CBS Broadcast Center.

Celebrity guests scheduled to visit THE TALK include "Downton Abbey" stars Hugh Bonneville and Elizabeth McGovern, Emmy Award-winning Wayne Brady (CBS's LET'S MAKE A DEAL), multi-platinum recording artist Josh Groban, Jake McDorman (CBS's LIMITLESS); Jeffrey Dean Morgan (CBS's THE GOOD WIFE); rock legend Patty Smyth, lifestyle maven Martha Stewart, and multiple GRAMMY® Award winner Trisha Yearwood. The annual "Top Chen List" is also back, featuring the ultimate countdown of the year's most eagerly anticipated presents.

This year, THE TALK will have its most festive celebration ever when it launches the "Giveaway-A-Day" celebration on Monday, Nov. 30. Each day through Friday, Dec. 18, the studio audience will be treated to more than 1.7 million dollars in the hottest gifts, gadgets and gear to make this an unforgettable holiday season.

The party continues online, where fans will be given an insider's look at THE TALK on location in New York City via Facebook live streaming, behind the scenes photos and videos on the show's social platforms. And at-home viewers will also be able to enter on Twitter @TheTalkCBS to win all of the gifts from the "Top Chen List" and on TheTalk.com to enter the "Giveaway-A-Day."

CBS's Daytime Emmy Award-nominated talk show THE TALK, broadcast weekdays (2:00 PM, ET/1:00 PM, PT/CT), features a panel of well-known news and entertainment personalities discussing current events, pop culture, contemporary issues, family, celebrity and the trending topics of the day. The daily one-hour series is hosted by Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Aisha Tyler and Sheryl Underwood. The hosts swap stories, challenge each other on issues and engage the studio audience and viewers at home about events in the headlines and their own homes. Show segments include guest interviews with entertainers and newsmakers, musical performances, cooking demos with celebrity chefs as well as real-world advice and tips from leading experts in fitness, diet, health, home, relationships, finance and fashion. The show was developed by Gilbert, who also serves as executive producer along with John Redmann.
