CBS SUNDAY MORNING WITH Charles Osgood was the #1 Sunday morning news program in households, viewers and adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Dec. 16, 2012. CBS SUNDAY MORNING posted a 3.8/10 with 5.50m viewers and a 1.5/07 in adults 25-54.

Compared to the same day last year, CBS SUNDAY MORNING was up +9% in both households (from 3.5/09) and viewers (from 5.05m) and +7% in adults 25-54 (from 1.4/07). Season-to-date, CBS SUNDAY MORNING was up +6% in households (3.8/10 from 3.6/10), +4% in viewers (5.43m from 5.20m) and even in adults 25-54 (1.4/07) compared to last year.
Sunday's broadcast featured Anthony Mason's interview with Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones, members of the legendary rock band Led Zeppelin; Lee Cowan's report on the changing face of religion in the United States; and Rita Braver's profile of three generations of the Elliott family of comedians, Bob, Chris and Abby Elliott.

CBS SUNDAY MORNING is broadcast Sundays (9:00-10:30 ET) on the CBS Television Network. Rand Morrison is the executive producer.
