CBS SUNDAY MORNING WITH CHARLES OSGOOD posted season-to-date gains in viewers and remained the #1 Sunday morning news program with viewers and adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Dec. 14.

CBS SUNDAY MORNING averaged 5.83 million viewers and a 1.3/07 with adults 25-54, the demographic that matters most to those who advertise in viewers.

Season-to-date, CBS SUNDAY MORNING is up +2% in viewers (5.93m from 5.82m) and even in adults 25-54 (1.4/07) compared to last year.
Sunday's broadcast featured John Blackstone's report on the growing world of electronic sports; Lee Cowan's talk with actress Amy Adams and artist Margaret Keane about their new film, "Big Eyes"; Anthony Mason's profile of ballet dancer Misty Copeland; Rita Braver's look at high-end luxury goods retailer Hermes; Martha Teichner visit to the Library of Congress' National Audio-Visual Conservation Center; David Pogue's holiday tech gifts list; and Steve Hartman's segment on police officers pulling people over to give them cash from a secret Santa.

CBS SUNDAY MORNING is broadcast Sundays (9:00-10:30 AM, ET) on the CBS Television Network. Rand Morrison is the executive producer.
