CBS EVENING NEWS is Only Network Evening News Broadcast to Grow

The CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY posted year-to-year gains in viewers (+6%, 6.97m from 6.58m) and adults 25-54 (+8%, 1.3/06 from 1.2/05), according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending April 29.

The CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY gained +390,000 viewers compared to the same week last year.

Season-to-date, the CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY is the only network evening news broadcast to grow. CBS is up in viewers (+2%, 7.43m from 7.28m) and in adults 25-54 (+7%, 1.5/06 from 1.4/06) compared to last season.
