CBS EVENING NEWS Will Expand to One Hour Tonight
The CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY will expand to one hour for additional coverage of Campaign 2012 tonight, November 7 (6:30-7:30 PM, ET) on the CBS Television Network. Pelley will anchor from the CBS Broadcast Center in New York.
The CBS NEWS team used eight studios and three state-of-the-art control rooms at the CBS Broadcast Center to cover Tuesday's election. Pelley was joined in Studio 47 by the most experienced team of political reporters in broadcast journalism, including Chief Washington Correspondent and FACE THE NATION Anchor Bob Schieffer, CBS THIS MORNING Co-Host Norah O’Donnell and CBS News Political Director John Dickerson. CBS News correspondents reported live from around the country, including the key battleground states.
