Rounding out the top five is Universal's "First Man" with an estimated $2.35 million three-day and a domestic total of $30 million.

Fox's expansion of "The Hate U Give," which played in 2,303 locations secures the number six spot with $7.5 million for a domestic total that now tops $10.5 million.

"Smallfoot" ($6.6 million), "Night School" ($5 million), and "Bad Times at the El Royale" ($3 million), take the seventh, eighth, and ninth spots respectively.
