Oso Studios and Facebook today announced the premiere of Bill Murray and Brian Doyle-Murray's EXTRA INNINGS an original unscripted series on minor league baseball hosted by the comedy icons. The ten-episode digital series debuts on Facebook Watch on Monday, November 20 with new episodes available weekly on Mondays. People can add the show to their watchlist by following the Bill Murray and Brian Doyle-Murray's Extra Innings Show Page.

In the series, Bill Murray and Brian Doyle-Murray travel together to visit minor league baseball in cities across the U.S. The Murray brothers bring their own particular brand of comedy and heart, their favorite sport, and the communities they meet along the way. The Murrays have fun with the Martha's Vineyard Sharks, Charleston RiverDogs, St. Paul Saints, and Kansas City T-Bones. They also spend time with the Kansas City MLB Urban Youth Academy and the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum to honor and support both the future and past of baseball.

When asked the genesis of the series, Executive Producer and Oso founder Dub Cornett (co-creator "Mike Judge Presents: Tales From the Tour Bus," "The Last Ride") said: "I dig minor league baseball, meeting folks and having fun; and it seems that Bill does too. So when I ran into Brian Doyle-Murray at a birthday party, I thought that traveling with the Murray brothers to games around America would be a fun, cool show, and so did they. It's simple as that."

When asked about the show, Bill Murray described it as, "A little something to fill a baseball fan's off-season hole in the heart."

"Doing this project was more fun than a bench clearing brawl. And like a baseball bench clearing brawl, no one got hurt!" added Brian Doyle-Murray.

The series is Executive Produced by Bill Murray, Brian Doyle-Murray, and Cornett; Co-Executive produced by Jason Ross, Produced by Victoria Lily Shaffer, and post-production by Herzog & Company. The theme song "The Thing About Baseball" was written by Paul Shaffer, Bill Murray, and Brian Doyle-Murray and is performed by Bill Murray, who has a #1 Classical album on the Billboard charts.
