This Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 8:00 pm, Shari Berman (director of "SUGAR!") and Tony Award winner, Alice Ripley (starring as Leslie), will be interviewed on Salon Radio (International Women Artists' Salon) via http://www.cityworldradio.com/ . Shari and Alice will be talking about the film, playing music written for the film by Graham Russell, and more.

Official description for the film: "SUGAR! follows the housewife (Ripley) of a Republican candidate for U.S. Senate played by Robert Clohessy (Oz; Blue Bloods; The Wolf of Wall Street), who secretly forms an all-women rock band, a decision that redefines what it means to follow your dreams at any age."

"SUGAR!" will have its world premiere on Wednesday, July 20 at 7:45 pm at the Long Island International Film Expo. Tickets are available at http://longislandfilmexpo.com/event/sugar . Select the ticket that says "Adult - Day 8 Block 3 @ 7:45 pm." The event is easily accessible via the Long Island Railroad to Bellmore, NY.
