Breaking Glass Pictures is releasing Nathan Silver's award-winning Uncertain Terms in New York City and Los Angeles on June 5, 2015. Written by Nathan Silver, Chloe Domont and Cody Stokes, Uncertain Terms follows a 30-year-old man escaping his crumbling marriage by retreating to his aunt's countryside home for pregnant teens.

Uncertain Terms is the story of a 30-year-old man who needs an escape from his troubled marriage in Brooklyn. He leaves for the countryside to stay with his Aunt Carla at her bucolic home for pregnant teenagers. Tensions run high when Robbie develops a friendship with Nina, who is mature beyond her age and dealing with her own relationship troubles. Robbie soon finds himself caught in a love triangle between Nina and her delinquent boyfriend.

Uncertain Terms played as part of IFP & Filmmaker Magazine's 'Best Film Not Playing at a Theater Near You' Series at New York's Museum of Modern Art in November. A favorite among critics around the world, Uncertain Terms also made IndieWire's Best Undistributed Films of 2014 list.

Premiering at the 2014 LA Film Festival, the film has GONE onto a robust festival run around the world including Edinburgh, Munich, Deauville, Viennale, Stockholm, Sao Paulo, Mill Valley and Denver. Uncertain Terms won the Ultra Indie Award at Woodstock Film Festival and Best Film and Best Screenplay at the Indie Memphis Film Festival.

The film features an ensemble cast India Menuez ("Something in the Air"), David Dahlbom, Gina Piersanti ("It Felt Like Love"), Hannah Gross ("I Used to Be Darker"), Tallie Medel ("The Unspeakable Act"), Caitlin Mehner ("Christmas, Again") and Nathan Silver's own mother, Cindy Silver, in a breakout performance that won her the Clint Howard Acting Prize at the Sidewalk Film Festival.

"Similar to Xavier Dolan and Kyle Patrick Alvarez, whose films we've distributed, we feel Nathan Silver is one of the most dynamic young filmmakers today. Uncertain Terms is an important film for indie film culture and Breaking Glass Pictures is proud to bring this art-house piece to mainstream audiences," says Mike Repsch, Breaking Glass VP of Sales.

Uncertain Terms will be released on DVD and VOD (iTunes, Amazon Instant, Vudu, Xbox, Google Play, Vubiquity, iNDEMAND) on July 7, 2015.
