Andrea Anders Joins ABC's MODERN FAMILY as 'Horrible' Neighbor

EW writes that Andrea Anders will play a recurring role in the sixth season of ABC's award-winning comedy MODERN FAMILY.

Anders will play 'Kim', who is "the wife of the horrible family that moves in next door to the Dunphy clan". Kim's husband 'Ronnie' will be played by Steve Zahn (Treme).

Anders' previous TV credits include Oz, Joey, The Class, Better Off Ted, Necessary Roughness, Mr. Sunshine, and, more recently, the new series About a Boy.

MODERN FAMILY stars Ed O'Neill as Jay, Julie Bowen as Claire, Ty Burrell as Phil, Sofia Vergara as Gloria, Jesse Tyler Ferguson as Mitchell, Eric Stonestreet as Cameron, Sarah Hyland as Haley, Nolan Gould as Luke, Ariel Winter as Alex, Rico Rodriguez as Manny and Aubrey Anderson-Emmons as Lily.

The comedy will return with new episodes on September 24 on ABC.
