Alec Baldwin Claims Late Night Hosts Act Like 'Grand Juries'

Alec Baldwin has went on record to say that late night hosts have begun to "resemble grand juries." The actor tweeted on Wednesday that hosts, like John Oliver and Stephen Colbert, should just stick to "blithe chit chat."

This is not the first time that Baldwin has called out people on his Twitter in recent months. He got into a Twitter fight with Harvey Weinstein accuser Asia Argento and also had a "meltdown" on the social media site when he attacked a female journalist who went after a documentary he produced with James Toback, who has since been accused of sexual harassment by over 200 women, as reported by The Huffington Post.

Colbert and Oliver seem to be unalarmed by Baldwin's tweets. Colbert's viewership has been going up and the show even earned an Emmy nomination.

Oliver, though not annoyed with Baldwin directly, has been in the news recently for going after actor Dustin Hoffman, when a woman came forward stating she was harassed by him on the DEATH OF A SALESMAN set in 1980, when she was only 17 years old.

Take a look at his tweet below.
