THE TALK hosts embrace after
Tyler announces departure

On today's edition of THE TALK on CBS, co-host Aisha Tyler announced she will be leaving the daytime talk show, explaining that she had become too busy with three other TV shows, while also starting her career as a director. A teary-eyed Tyler told viewers, "I just realized I had to let something go."

Tyler will make her final appearance on the show at the end of the current season in July. She revealed that she hopes to return as a guest host when the show returns in the fall.

The actress is a series regular on CBS' CRIMINAL MINDS, and serves as host of The CW's WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY? She also lends her voice to ARCHER. She recently directed her first feature film, AXIS, which ran at multiple film festivals.
