As first reported in the Hollywood Reporter, former AMERICAN IDOL contestants Adam Lambert, James Durbin and Chris Daughtry are set to perform on Season 11 of the Fox singing competition. Also slated to appear on the show will be last season's runner-up Lauren Alaina

Chris Daughtry and his band 'Daughtry' will debut their new single 'Outta My Head' from their latest album 'Break the Spell' on the March 15th episode. No other performance dates have been announced for the other Idol alum who will be appearing this season.

Country star Alaina's debut album 'Wildflower' has sold 248,000 copies according to Nielsen SoundScan. James Durbin's 'Memories of a Beautiful Disaster' is also doing well with an estimated 92,000 copies sold since it was released in November.

As announced last week, Adam Lambert will be taking over the lead vocalist role for the legendary rock band Queen. The singer is also working on his highly anticipated second album, 'Trespassing' coming out this spring.
