Actor Ramsay Philips signs-on to star in new mystery-thriller feature film, THE REUNION, from award-winning indie director Tim French (Intersection).

THE REUNION follows three friends from high school who reunite ten years later for a weekend getaway. The good times take a mysterious turn when something from their high schools years comes to light. Philips steps into the storyline as twin brothers, Nathan and Cole Weaver, who along with the rest of the buddies, must deal with the past in order to move forward with their lives.

The cast also includes Nick Roux, Clayton Snyder, Chelsea Ricketts, and Cortney Palm and the project is being produced under the French Palm Films banner.

Philips has proven a rising talent on the indie scene, emerging recently in several stand-out indie films. He appeared as the town trouble maker in the psychological thriller Falsely Accused starring Rosanna Arquette and John Gries; portrayed the father to young Billy in Billy Boy starring Blake Jenner and Melissa Benoist; as the not so faithful pastor in the action-drama Keep The Faith; and as the actor-turned-gangsta rapper in the festival-favorite comedy short The StickUp. Previously, Philips shined in the celebrated short films Room 120 and Jacob Stone among others.

A rising actor, Philips also showcased his comedy chops in two popular web series' Roomshare and The Loonies; and has performed improv at the legendary Second City in Hollywood. He first honed his comedic skills as a stand-up at the club Comedy Off Broadway in his hometown of Lexington, Kentucky, where he was a finalist in their 'Funniest Man of the Year' contest.

Ramsay Philips is represented by A List Talent Management.
