A&E's Emmy(R) Award-winning and critically-acclaimed docuseries INTERVENTION returns for an all-new season tonight, March 6 at 10PM ET/PT.

"Intervention" profiles people whose uncontrollable addiction to drugs, alcohol or compulsive behavior has brought them to the brink of destruction and has devastated their family and friends. The Emmy and PRISM award-winning series "Intervention" brings attention to the enormous social, economic and environmental cost of addiction.

This season features Kacy, a multimillionaire turned penniless alcoholic; Sierra, a young woman caught in a full blown meth-induced psychosis; brothers Daniel and Robert who are both on a downward spiral of codependent heroin addiction; and Kaeleen who numbs the pain of her childhood sexual abuse with opiates and alcohol, among many more stories.

Original interventionists Jeff Van Vonderen, Candy Finnigan, Ken Seeley, Donna Chavous and former series subject and "Intervention" success story Sylvia Parsons return to present these individuals with a life-changing opportunity of INTERVENTION and rehab. Each addict must confront their darkest demons in order to begin their journey to recovery in the hopes that they can turn their lives around before it's too late.

"Intervention" is produced by GRB Entertainment for A&E Network. Executive producers for GRB Entertainment are Gary R. Benz, Michael Branton and Tom Greenhut. Executive producers for A&E Network are Brad Holcman and Laurie Sharpe. The series was originally created by Sam Mettler.
