ABC's THE VIEW Outdelivers THE TALK and Widens Its Advantages Year to Year Across the Board Image

ABC's "The View" averaged 2.860 million Total Viewers, 467,000 Women 25-54 and 336,000 Women 18-49, during the week of March 19, 2018, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. "The View" beat CBS' "The Talk" (2.580 million, 405,000 and 272,000, respectively) during the week in Total Viewers (+280,000), Women 25-54 (+62,000) and Women 18-49 (+64,000).

"The View" posted increases year to year in Total Viewers (+7% - 2.860 million vs. 2.667
million) and Women 18-49 (+5% - 336,000 vs. 319,000).

"The View" improved over the previous week in Total Viewers (+1% - 2.860 million vs. 2.837 million) and Women 18-49 (+2% - 336,000 vs. 331,000).

"The View" widened its advantages over "The Talk" week to week in Total Viewers (+17% - 280,000 vs. 239,000), Women 25-54 (+265% - 62,000 vs. 17,000) and Women 18-49 (+129% - 64,000 vs. 28,000).

"The View" increased its lead over "The Talk" year to year in Total Viewers (+48% - 280,000 vs. 189,000), Women 25-54 (+41% - 62,000 vs. 44,000) and Women 18-49 (+113% - 64,000 vs.= 30,000).

Season to date, "The View" is posting gains compared to the same point last season in Total Viewers (+1% - 2.960 million vs. 2.917 million), marking its most watched season in 4 years - since the 2013-14 season.

In addition, "The View" leads CBS' "The Talk" across the board, increasing its advantages
from the same point last season in Total Viewers (352,000 vs. 179,000), Women 25-54 (103,000 vs. 60,000) and Women 18-49 (70,000 vs. 65,000). In fact, "The View" is posting its largest season leads over the CBS program in Total Viewers and Women 25-54 in 5 years - since the 2012-13 season.
