"The View" outperformed CBS' "The Talk" (2.357 million, 421,000 and 295,000, respectively) in Total Viewers (+280,000), Women 25-54 (+79,000) and Women 18-49 (+50,000), turning in its largest Total Viewer lead since January - since w/o 1/30/17.
"The View" scored week-to-week gains (2.595 million, 454,000 and 318,000, respectively, for w/o 5/8/17) in all key demos: Total Viewers (+2%), Women 25-54 (+10%) and Women 18-49 (+8%), hitting a 6-week high in Women 25-54 and 7-week best in Women 18-49 - since weeks of 4/3/17 and 3/27/17, respectively. Season to date, "The View" is posting gains compared to the same point last season in Total Viewers (+3% - 2.868 million vs. 2.774 million), marking its most watched season in 3 years - since the 2013-14 season. In addition, "The View" stands as the only broadcast daytime show to grow its overall audience from last season. In addition, "The View" leads CBS' "The Talk" in Total Viewers (+7% - 2.868 million vs. 2.691 million), Women 25-54 (+12% - 541,000 vs. 482,000) and Women 18-49 (+17% - 388,000 vs. 333,000).
