"The Bachelorette" (8:00-10:00 p.m. - 6.6 million and 1.9/7 in AD18-49): Winning each half-hour from 8:00-10:00 p.m., "The Bachelorette" beat NBC's "American Ninja Warrior" in the 2-hour time period by double digits among Total Viewers (+14% - 6.6 million vs. 5.8 million) and Adults 18-49 (+19% - 1.9/7 vs. 1.6/6). "The Bachelorette" held even week to week in viewers and young adults. "2016 Democratic Convention-MON" (10:00-11:00 p.m. - 4.2 million and 1.0/3 in AD18-49): Night 1 of ABC News' 2016 Democratic Convention coverage ranked No. 1 in the 10:00 p.m. hour, topping NBC News' convention coverage by 11% in Total Viewers (4.2 million vs. 3.8 million) and tying it among Adults 18-49 (1.0/3). In addition, ABC (4.2 million, 1.0/3 and 1.2/3) bested CBS News' convention coverage in the slot (2.6 million, 0.5/2 and 0.7/2) by wide margins in Total Viewers (+62%), Adults 18-49 (+100%) and Adults 25-54 (+71%), respectively.
