ABC has renewed its reality series DANCING WITH THE STARS for the 2012-13 season while "Shark Tank" and "The Bachelor" are also due back.

Said developments aren't much of a surprise, particularly for "Shark Tank" which bested its Friday rival "Undercover Boss" on CBS for the first time among adults 18-49 last week. A midseason entry the past two seasons, "Shark Tank" will return this fall with a full season order.

Meanwhile, "Dancing With the Stars" - despite some series lows in recent weeks - remains a top 20 draw in the key demographic while "The Bachelor" grew to season highs for its finale in its most recent cycle.

Hosted by Tom Bergeron ("America's Funniest Home Videos") and Brooke Burke Charvet ("Dancing with the Stars" Season Seven Champion), "Dancing with the Stars" is the hit series in which celebrities perform choreographed dance routines which will be judged by renowned ballroom judge Len Goodman and dancer/choreographers Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba.
