ABC Family's PRETTY LITTLE LIARS Scores Well Against Competition

Up against stiff competition, specifically the "BCS Championship Game" on ESPN, ABC Family's PRETTY LITTLE LIARS was again a top viewing choice across television, ranking as Monday's #1 scripted TV telecast in Women 18-34 (1.08 million/3.2 rating), Viewers 12-34 (2.03 million/2.2 rating) and Females 12-34 (1.81 million/4.0 rating), topping all broadcast competition in the target demos and standing as the series' #2 telecast on record in Women 18-34.

Moreover, the show was Monday's #1 scripted cable telecast in Adults 18-34 (1.25 million/1.8 rating), Adults 18-49 (1.62 million/1.3 rating) and Women 18-49 (1.37 million/2.1 rating) and TV's #1 telecast in Females Teens (733,000/6.2 rating).

· At 8 o'clock, "Pretty Little Liars" ranked as TV's #1 telecast in Females 12-34 and Female Teens, and cable's #1 scripted telecast in Women 18-34, Women 18-49 and Viewers 12-34.

· Week to week, "Pretty Little Liars" was up by a solid 5% in Adults 18-34 (1.25 million vs. 1.19 million) and by 9% in Women 18-34 (1.08 million vs. 991,000).

"The Lying Game" (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

Also facing considerable competition, "The Lying Game" impressively hit series highs for the 2nd consecutive week in Adults 18-34 (626,000/0.9 rating), Women 18-34 (528,000/1.6 rating) and Women 18-49 (679,000/1.1 rating), and saw its #2 telecast ever in Total Viewers (1.51 million), Adults 18-49 (803,000/0.6 rating), Viewers 12-34 (1.06 million/1.2 rating) and Females 12-34 (947,000/2.1 rating), behind only last week's season 1B premiere.

"The Lying Game" ranked as the #1 scripted cable telecast at 9 o'clock in Women 18-34 and Females 12-34, and TV's #1 telecast in Females Teens (419,000/3.6 rating). In Female Teens, "The Lying Game" was Monday's #2 TV telecast, behind only "Pretty Little Liars."

· Week to week, "The Lying Game" surged by 8% in Adults 18-34 (626,000 vs. 579,000), by 15% in Women 18-34 (528,000 vs. 461,000) and by 5% in Women 18-49 (679,000 vs. 648,000).
