Jill Scott, Gov't Mule & Disco Biscuits to Play Iconic NYC Venues on New Year's Eve
Madison Square Garden Entertainment (MSGE) will welcome three incredible shows to ring in the new year in NYC including Gov't Mule, The Disco Biscuits and Jill Scott. These events will take place at three of New York City's most iconic venues including The Theater at Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall and the Beacon Theatre. These acts will bring their music to a diverse audience in New York City with a varied lineup that will showcase everything from rock to R&B.
The line-up includes:
· Gov't Mule mark their 10th year ringing in the New Year at the Beacon Theatre on Monday, December 30, 2013 at 8:00PM with Vintage Trouble and Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 9:00PM with Robby Krieger. Gov't Mule will take the Beacon stage this year with an all new studio album to incorporate into their five hour shows. Ticket prices range from $50.00-$89.50.
· The Disco Biscuits have established themselves as one of the most exciting touring bands in the country, merging elements of electronic dance music and traditional forms of American rock. They will take the Theater at Madison Square Garden stage on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 11:00PM, performing three sets of music until 5:00AM! Tickets are $69.00.
· Three-time Grammy-award winner R & B songstress, actress and poet Jill Scott will take the Radio City Music Hall stage on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 9:00PM with special guests Luke James and DJ Premier. Scott's debut album Who is Jill Scott? Words & Sounds, Vol.1 in 2000 quickly went double platinum and earning her several Grammy award nominations including Best New Artist. In 2011, Light of the Sun, debuted at #1 on the Billboard Hip-Hop & R&B Chart; a career first for the singer. Ticket prices range from $70.00-$255.00.
