Born in 1936, Buddy Guy turns 79 this Thursday! To celebrate, Indian Ranch is offering general admission tickets for just $19.36. These tickets are available starting Wednesday, July 29 at 12:00Am through Thursday night July 30 at 11:59PM. Buddy Guy will be coming to the lakeside concert venue on Sunday, August 23 at 2:00 P.M. Buddy Guy's a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, a major influencer on rock titans like Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, and Stevie Ray Vaughan, a pioneer of Chicago's fabled West Side sound and a living link to that city's halcyon days of electric blues. He has received six Grammy Awards, along with a 2015 Lifetime Achievement Grammy Award, 34 Blues Music Awards, the Billboard magazine Century Award for distinguished artistic achievement and the Presidential National Medal of Arts. Rolling Stone ranked him in the top 25 of its "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time." He will be releasing his new studio album Born to Play Guitar on his birthday.
