ELECTRIC ZOO: THE BIG 10 Presents DEADBEATS Saturday, September 1

Brainchild of the fearless duo Zeds Dead, Deadbeats Records has been tearing it up so far this year, turning heads and cutting rug at WMC and launching a major North American tour which sees the crew make a very special pitstop in NYC for Electric Zoo's 10 Year anniversary.

"It's been almost 3 years since we last played Electric Zoo and we're stoked to be back!" says Zeds Dead. "This time we're taking over a stage for a day and bringing our Deadbeats Tour to EZoo. No better way to celebrate EZoo Ten than by throwing together a stacked lineup of some of our best friends and label mates, crazy new music, and a whole bunch of surprises. See you there!"

Look for Zeds Dead's new single this Friday (6/15) with "KILL EM" - a collaboration with 1000VOLTS (Redman X Jayceeoh).

Deadbeats drops into ELECTRIC ZOO: THE BIG 10 at Randall's Island Park on Saturday, September 1 at the Hilltop Arena. Zeds Dead will be joined by South London producer TroyBoi, OWSLA favorites Mija, Habstraktand Chuurch, low-slung bass players Eprom and GG Magree, and wonderkidDNMO.

All those moons ago, who would have thought that the weekender that roared to life on NYC's Randall's Island in 2009--which featured a fresh-faceddeadmau5, a pre-cake Aoki and the late-great Frankie Knuckles--would become a household name in the global dance festival scene? Since then,Electric Zoo has been welcome across the globe with the brand touching down in such far off places as Shanghai, Tokyo, Sao Paulo and Mexico City.

From its earliest expeditions through the chaotic urban jungle, to scaling the feral lands of the Wild Island, and getting our minds blown by the gritty 6th Boro, ELECTRIC ZOO: THE BIG 10 celebrates what a ride it's been.
