Dominique Young Unique releases her new electro-pop single, "Karate" featuring the multi-talented DJ and artist, Mandy Jiroux. Most known for co-developing The Miley and Mandy Show with Miley Cyrus, the long- awaited single "Karate", via The Hana Road Music Group is now available for streaming globally. Dominique's long-time fans who have followed her career from her early mix-tapes and high-profile hit collaborations, know her frenetic style of music. Her new single "Karate," will endear them ever more and garner her even more attention as they listen to the wide-ranging EDM, pop production alongside Dominique's old school hip-hop vocal dexterity and high energy croons, as she sings with Mandy on all the choruses. The track was produced by tk and written by tk. The super-hero themed "Karate" video will literally capture the kinetic energy of the track and bring the track to life with 3-D elements. The Tampa, Florida native has already established a buzz in fashion and music with her sound and beauty. She's been featured on two Top 10 singles in the U.K.: "Earthquake" with DJ Fresh and Diplo, in 2012, and "Dance With Me" with Le Youth. She's caught the eye of fashion editors and tastemakers: Kanye West chose her to walk in Katie Eary's London 2011 Fashion Show and she was featured in U.S. Vogue magazine's September 2012 issue alongside supermodels Cara Delevingne and Tali Lennox.

In 2011, she was signed to Sony Music U.K. and initiated collaborations with Mad Decent signed producer BRANKO and with A.N.D.Y., with whom she recorded "Pushing." In 2012, she joined forces with DJ Fresh and performed on his hit "Earthquake" along with Diplo. "Earthquake" was released by the powerhouse Ministry of Sound and Dominique made her debut performance with DJ Fresh at the international Electric Daisy Carnival festival. The hit song premiered as Zane Lowe's Hottest Record In The World on BBC Radio 1 and garnered 30 million You Tube views. It became a top five single on U.K. singles charts and was featured in the blockbuster movie Kick Ass 2. Dominique went on to collaborate with Le Youth for their hit "Dance With Me" which became a Top 10 single in the U.K. She followed it up with her debut single"Throw It Down" - described as a "speedy but seamless mash-up of dance, electro and trap," by Wonderland Magazine
