Michael Keaton received a Golden Globe Award last night for Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy in BIRDMAN. During his emotional acceptance speech, the actor spoke fondly of his son, Sean Douglas, Keaton's child with his late wife, Caroline Williams.

With his eyes filling with tears, the 63-year-old shared, "My best friend is kind, intelligent, funny, talented, considerate, thoughtful - did I say kind? He also happens to be my son, Sean. I love you with all my heart, buddy."

31-year-old Sean Douglas is well known in the music industry. He is a songwriter and producer who has been a part of such hit singles as"Heart Attack" by Demi Lovato, "Ghosttown" by Madonna, and the Jason Derulo singles "Wiggle" and "Talk Dirty." In addition, he has collaborated with such artists as Michael Bolton, David Guetta, Timbaland, The Backstreet Boys, Cobra Starship, Hilary Duff and Fifth Harmony.
