The Summer Fancy Food Show, presented by Specialty Food Association (SFA), is an adventure into the world of new brands, consumer favorites, and trends that are pleasing people far and wide. The trade and media event, held annually at the Jacob Javits Center, has thousands of foodstuffs on display from around the globe. There's a sampling of everything from chocolate and cheese to ethnic specialties, snack foods, beverages, and more.

It's hard to choose some favorites, but we have tried. Here are some of the exciting specialty food items items that are currently on the market.
