The time is now to get your tickets for this weekend's great food event, the New York City Wine & Food Festival (NYCWFF). It is happening all weekend at many locations in New York City. Presented by Coca-Cola, the event is now in its 10th year and has succeeded in raising ten million dollars to fight hunger. The Festival supports No Kid Hungry and the Food Bank for New York City. This is a great opportunity to be a part of top-notch food events while you help to end hunger.

100% of NYCWFF's net proceeds benefit their charity partners. It's important to realize that 1.5 million New Yorkers rely on emergency food to eat and 1 in 6 children in the United States struggle with hunger.

We had the opportunity to attend Thursday night's Smorgasburg presented by Thrillist and hosted by the Cast of Chopped. Smorgasburg was held at Northwestern Mutual Pier Rooftop and it kicked off the NYCWFF. Guests had a chance to sample extraordinary food and drink from establishments around the city and great brand items that included 2nd City Beef, Chickpea & Olive, Noble Pies, John's Juice, Duck Season, Bacardi Rum, Modelo Especial and more. Attendees also got to meet and greet some of their favorite Food Network stars. You'll see plenty of selfies on social media of dedicated foodies and food stars.

Don't miss the special dinners, demonstrations and so much more that will fill this weekend at exciting locations around the city. For more information and to purchase tickets visit www.nycwff.org.
