They are the ideal eatery for potato lovers or anyone who wants a delicious fast-casual meal. Now in 3 locations and growing to 15 this year, look for for a Potatopia opening near you.

I recently visited Potatopia on 6th Avenue in the West Village of New York City where delivery is also available. With all the great choices, it took time to settle on just the right one. The menu makes you want to return again and again.

Potato styles include baked, mashed, waffle fries, smashed red skins and sweet potato varieties to name a few. There are signature sauces and all types of add-ons so you can create your own unique potato creation. To make your choices a bit easier, Potatopia features popular items like the "Jersey Boy" with shoestring fries, fresh garlic double mozzarella/provolone blend and mushroom brown gravy or the "Veggie Heavy" with baked Idaho potato, broccoli, roasted corn, cilantro, fresh garlic roasted jalapenos, red onion, scallions, sour cream and roasted pepper aioli.

In a world where Chipotle has cornered the fast-casual choices for Mexican food, we predict that Potatopia will do the same for the potato. It is great to see find a place that truly knows how to make "all things potato."
