Here are two tempting winter cocktails to enjoy this season, one from Rekorderlig's Cider and one from the NYC restaurant, Trademark Taste + Grind. We have the recipes so you can make these delicious, festive drinks at home on a cold winter's night, or have them ready to serve at your holiday parties and get-togethers.

The Cosy from Rekorderlig is the perfect seasonal drink sure to wow a winter crowd. This easy-to-make cocktail is everyone's old-time favorite hot apple cider with an exciting twist. The introduction of pear to the familiar drink elevates this holiday beverage to new levels, bringing the cheer to any party.

Rekorderlig's Cosy Spiced Pear Cocktail a.k.a "The Cosy"

Ingredients:

-30ml spiced rum

-1.5 tsp. of pear puree

-150 ml of Rekorderlig Spiced Apple

-Dash of bitters

-1 egg white

Method:

Mix all of the ingredients except the cider together. Gently heat the cider and pour into the mixed ingredients. Gently stir and pour into an insulated glass. Garnish with a slice of pear.

Trademark Taste + Grind's Cereal Milk Moonshine Spiked White Russian

Ingredients:

-1.5 oz of Coco Puff infused Almond Milk

-1 oz of Manhattan Moonshine

-1 oz of Mr.Black

Coco Puff infused almond milk recipe:

Be mindful that Coco Puffs can absorb a remarkable amount of liquid. Use a tablespoon of ground coco puffs per quart of almond milk and just give it a good shake to infuse it.

Method:

Combine ingredients, shake hard to give a frothy milkshake texture, and then top it off with Coco puffs.
