Open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, Le Club Avenue is an upscale beach club on the Atlantic Ocean in Long Branch, NJ. Specialty frozen drinks and cocktails, from Avenue, include the BBC with Sailor Jerry's Rum, Bailey's fresh banana and coconut puree; Blueberry Lemonade with Belvedere Wild Berry, fresh lemon, blueberry puree and fresh squeezed lime; Summerhouse with Hendrick's Gin, St. Germain and Fresh Melon Purée; Coconut Martini with Ciroc Coconut, Coconut Purée, Meyer Lemon and Ginger Beer; Tropical Iced Tea with Belvedere Lemon Vodka, Passion Fruit, Lemon Juice, Iced Tea, Agave Nectar and Fresh Mint. They also have a specialty cocktail named for Avenue's sister property, the boutique hotel Bungalow, Le Bungalow with Green Mark Vodka, muddled strawberries, fresh basil, mint, orange and lemon juice.

Blueberry Lemonade (one serving)

Ingredients:

2 oz. Lemon Vodka

2 oz. Blueberry Puree

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

1 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1 Lemon Wheel

3 Blueberries

Method:

Place vodka, blueberry puree, simple syrup, lemon juice and ice into blender with ice. Blend until smooth.

Garnish: Garnish with lemon wheel and skewer 3 blueberries
