JUNIOR'S RESTAURANT for National Pancake Day and Breakfast Every Day

Today's the day! March 5th is National Pancake Day and flapjack fans are celebrating across the country. There's no better place to enjoy a stack of large, fluffy pancakes than Junior's Restaurant. We stopped by the vibrant, welcoming restaurant on Broadway at 49th Street for a delightful breakfast with all the trimmings. The morning meal is served daily from 6:45am until 10:45am.

Junior's light, tasty Griddle Cakes are served with butter and a side of warm, tasty apples and raisins. Pour on the maple syrup for a sweet treat. If you want a heartier dish, you can add a generous portion of bacon, sausage, Virginia Ham or Canadian Bacon.

Not in the mood for pancakes? We like that Junior's offers a full breakfast menu that includes traditional items and specialties. Omelettes include Cheese, Veggies, Western, Corned Beef, or Pastrami. If you want something a little different, there's the NEO with scrambled Nova, eggs and onions or Homemade Cheese Blintzes. Classic Eggs Benedict, Steak and Eggs, or French Toast are sure to please.

Add extras like Danish Pastry, Bagel with butter or cream cheese, Corned Beef Hash, Sliced Tomato, Grits, a Muffin, and Home Fried Potatoes. If you're going light in the morning, there's also Fresh Fruit, Yogurt, Granola and Oatmeal. Select from the beverages menu that include coffee, tea, juices, and cocktails.
