#SpringforChinatown signals an early Spring with the 3(rd) Annual Chinatown Restaurant Week March 14 to 30. Participating restaurants listed below will offer unique and diverse menu options with various prices befitting each particular venue.

This year's lead sponsor, Häagen-Dazs Chinatown (52 Mott St, (212) 571-1970), will offer its two-flavor Birthday Fun Cake (serves 6 to 8) for 20% off its regular retail price of $32.99, which is available only at this Mott Street location.

"Cooped up indoors too long?" asked creator and volunteer producer Julie Huang. "Chinatown Restaurant Week establishments want you to step out and head towards downtown Manhattan to #SpringforChinatown by dining at one of the participating restaurants with your date, your families, fellow moms and dads, your co-workers, alumni associations or employee affinity groups. There is no better time to take your social life back from Winter when you spring for a meal in Chinatown and find your new favorite spot before the trends."

She added, "Special thanks to Congresswoman Nydia Velázquez, Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer, Councilmember Margaret Chin, and NYS Assemblyman Ron Kim for joining us at the press briefing on Friday, March 7th. Also special thanks to the representatives and/or greetings from the offices of Governor Andrew Cuomo, NYS Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, NYS Senator Daniel Squadron, NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio and NYC Comptroller Scott Stringer. Thank you Häagen-Dazs Chinatown for the celebratory cake."
