PN Wood Fired Pizza isn't just a neighborhood pizza spot, it's an Italian food lover's dream. PN has a fantastic concept because you can choose the type of flour that is used make the moist, flavorful crust for your pizza. As well, there is a full array of authentic Italian gourmet specialties that you won't find anywhere else. PN will easily become one of your favorite restaurants.

PN makes you feel like a little bit of Tuscany is now in NoMad. The stylish rustic decor has been meticulously designed for a totally relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious bar extends to the restaurant's seating area where there are comfortable options for intimate gatherings or large parties. The service is friendly, helpful and exceptionally efficient.

We met PN's Managing Partner Giacomo Baldi, the CEO of Molino Grassi USA, the leading European manufacturer of organic and specialty flours from Italy that include Kronos, Multigrain, Kamut and Miracolo. These flours create the perfect crusts for PN's delightful array of toppings. Choose from traditional pizza selections like their ever-popular "Margherita" or the "Marinara" that showcases PN's flavorful tomato pulp sauce. And there are also house specialties like the "Portofino" with potatoes, string beans, mozzarella and pesto or their "Bufalina" with artichoke puree, mozzarella di bufala, speck, and baby spinach. A pizza at PN is a meal in itself or great for a table share.

Baldi has also worked closely with Chef Giovanni Gurrieri from Sicily to develop a full selection of antipasti, crostini, salads, pastas, meat, fish, and poultry entrees with locally sourced, seasonal items as menu highlights.

We suggest you start your culinary journey with their tasty Crostini all'Elbana, slices of bread with melted mozzarella, anchovy and prosciutto di parma. The tender, succulent Octopus all'inferno is carefully braised for one hour with garlic, rosemary and chili oil, served with harissa and white bean puree. Polpette Tartufo are PN's delectable meatballs that incorporate truffles with a delicate blend of pork and beef. The Grilled Eggplant Parmesan will definitely impress with tender, sweet eggplant layered with fresh cheese and topped with rich tomato sauce. A truly signature dish is the Gnocchi with zucchini pesto, with light fluffy gnocchi in an inventive garden-fresh sauce. Presentation is picture-perfect, another wonderful element of your dining experience.

Wine pairings are a must with your meal. PN offers an impressive wine list and some great beers by the bottle. For those that prefer, there is a fine selection of cocktails and top-notch spirits.

Don't miss dessert. Scrumptious delights have been created by PN's General Manager, Vivian Loren. She first learned about pastries from her Slovenian grandmother and has continued to master her techniques as a pastry chef. Indulge in treats like Nutella Cheesecake, Pistachio Soft Cake and the Semifreddo with pretzel and caramel peanut butter.

Even the most discerning Italian food aficionado will love PN Wood Fired Pizza. You can join them for lunch, dinner, drinks, small plates and weekend brunch.
