Produced by Joe Chiccarelli and recorded at Studio La Fabrique in Southern France, the album features bandmates Jesse Tobias, Camila Grey, Carmen Vandenberg, Juan Galeano, Alain Whyte, Gustavo Manzur, and Brendan Buckley. The album debuted at #3 on the UK Albums Chart, marking Morrissey's 16th Top 10 solo album on that chart.
