THE NOTEBOOK: THE MUSICAL To Play Miami Premiere At Arsht Center

The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and Broadway Across America will present the Miami premiere of The Notebook: THE MUSICAL, running May 5–10, 2026, at the Ziff Ballet Opera House.

Based on the bestselling novel that inspired the film, The Notebook: THE MUSICAL follows Allie and Noah, two people from different worlds whose relationship endures across decades despite obstacles that threaten to separate them.

The production includes a hometown connection, with Miami native Ken Wulf Clark appearing as Middle Noah. Clark, who was born in Miami and raised in Homestead, is a graduate of Coral Reef Senior High School and the University of Miami.

Portraying Allie and Noah across three stages of life are Sharon Catherine Brown and Beau Gravitte as Older Allie and Noah, Alysha Deslorieux and Ken Wulf Clark as Middle Allie and Noah, and Chloë Cheers and Kyle Mangold as Younger Allie and Noah. They are joined by Anne Tolpegin and Connor Richardson, with additional ensemble members rounding out the cast.

The musical features music and lyrics by Ingrid Michaelson and a book by Bekah Brunstetter. Direction is by Michael Greif and Schele Williams, with choreography by Katie Spelman.

The production previously played Broadway at the Schoenfeld Theatre from March through December 2024 following its world premiere at Chicago Shakespeare Theater in 2022. It received three 2024 Tony Award nominations, including Best Book of a Musical, and additional recognition from the Drama League, Drama Desk, and Outer Critics Circle Awards.

The musical’s original Broadway cast recording, released by Atlantic Records, debuted at No. 1 on the Top Broadway chart and features the song “My Days,” which has surpassed 9 million streams on Spotify.

Tickets range from $47.97 to $176.67 and are available through the Arsht Center box office and website. Opening night on May 5 will include Arsht Plus pre-show programming beginning at 6:30 p.m., featuring interactive experiences such as artist conversations and live performances.

The engagement is part of the 2025–26 Broadway in Miami series presented by Florida Theatrical Association in association with the Adrienne Arsht Center.
