Were LIVE again and ready to make you LAUGH with the topic of LOVE.Thats right! On Thursday June 10, Vocabaret is returning to our in-person home at Caveat (and still streaming online too!). And to show you how we feel about being back, our show is all about loooove. Well be fawning over the five love languages, doing DTR on modern dating slang (and inventing some of our own), exchanging notes about love song lyrics and more! Come for the wordplay and stay for the conversation you can finally actually strike up with that cute stranger across the room. Who knows? It just might turn out to be well, you know.Vocabaret stars New York Citys most-decorated wordsmiths as they host a night of raucous wordplay, etymological deep-dives and alphabetic absurdity as they pull words apart and explore the link between language and our daily lives. Each show is centered around a theme and features games, challenges and special guests.Anagrams: unscrambled!Entendres: doubled!Portmanteaus: revamplified!Hosted by your friends wit benefits: Sam Corbin, Tim Donnelly, Jerzy Gwiazdowski, Ally Spier and Nikolai Vanyo, five heavyweight champions of the word. Theyve racked up more than 100 titles at the Punderdome, taken home trophies at the Pun-Off World Championships and confused the heck out of America's Got Talent.
