The Dune Inn is a new play by Cody Sullivan that explores the struggles of one of the last independently owned guesthouses in Provincetown amidst a wave of corporate encroachment. As the owner grapples with the temptation to sell, the guesthouse stands as a nostalgic symbol of the town's rich artistic history. This reading is part of the Winter Play Dates 2025 series, which focuses on fostering new American plays and features moderated discussions with the playwrights following the performances.
