Ogunquit Playhouse, America's foremost summer theatre, presents Les Miserables. One of only a handful of American theatres given the rights to perform this beloved musical classic, Les Miz features a star-studded cast of Broadway veterans and local talents. Ivan Rutherford returns to the role of Jean Valjean, a role he has played over 2,000 times on Broadway. Andrea McArdle (Annie, Beauty and the Beast, State Fair) reprises her Broadway role as Fantine. McArdle stars alongside her daughter Alexis Kalehoff, who made her Broadway debut at 8 years old in the Broadway production as Young Cosette and now returns in her first adult role as Eponine. Josh Young and Todd Alan Johnson reprises their roles from the national tour and Josh Tower (The Lion King) plays Enjorlas. New England favorites Ryan Landry and Mary Callahan play the Thenadiers. The production is directed by Shaun Kerrison. The score features such well-known songs as "I Dreamed a Dream," "On My Own," "Do You Hear the People Sing?" and "One Day More."

The production runs from September 10 through October 12. Tickets range from $44-58. For performance times and to purchase tickets, visit www.ogunquitplayhouse.org.
