Due to popular demand, the Huntington Theatre Company has added a performance of Ryan Landry's "M" on Sunday, April 28 at 2pm. Known for his blending of classic source material with his unique brands of comedy and imaginative theatricality, Landry (Mildred Fierce) transforms Fritz Lang's 1931 film iconic film about a city panicked by an elusive child killer into a surreal, screwball take that is both hilarious and heart-stirring. The production began previews on March 30 and opens tonight.

Tickets are on sale now at huntingtontheatre.org; by phone at 617 266 0800; and in person at the BU Theatre Box Office, 264 Huntington Ave. and the Calderwood Pavilion at the BCA Box Office, 527 Tremont St. in Boston's South End. Seating at select performances is limited, but seats are released for sale every day. Patrons can call the Box Office at 617 266 0800 to learn about the Advanced Wait List.

Landry is the founder of the Gold Dust Orphans and the creative force behind such acclaimed reimaginings of classics as Mildred Fierce, Death of a Saleslady, Pussy on the House, A T-Stop Named Denial, and The Little Pricks. "With Ryan Landry, perversity and hilarity go skipping along hand in hand," says Boston.com.
