Knock 'Em Dead Dinner Theatre Presents NUNSENSE, 3/19-4/17

Knock ‘Em Dead Dinner Theatre in Boise will present THE MURDER ROOM From January 22-February 20.

The Murder Room, a comedy by Jack Sharkey, tells the story of bland Edgar Hollister who marries a gold-digger, Mavis Templeton. After a couple hours of painful marriage, Mavis apparently tries various means to bump off her apparently rich husband. All of this is just apparently, because blank shells might have been in the pistol - who knows? - and maybe The cat didn't really die when it drank the poisoned cocoa - who knows? - and maybe it was all a dream, or amnesia. The Murder Room has also been described as Abbot and Costello meets Agatha Christie, with a little Monty Python thrown in.

The theatre's next show will be NUNSENSE from March 19-April 17.

Returning by popular demand are the little nuns of Hoboken. The 5 surviving nuns are staging a variety show to raise funds in order to bury the rest of the sisterhood who succumbed to botulism after eating vichyssoise prepared by Sister Julia, Child of God.

From May 14-June 12 Knock ‘Em Dead Dinner Theatre will run MOVE OVER MRS. MARKHAM

This British burlesque mixes three separate couples all seeking illicit liaisons unknowingly at the same time and place. Add a straight laced children's author, a sexy au pair girl and a flamboyant interior decorator... stir in misplaced love notes, ringing phones and a full liquor cabinet... and the game is on.

Tickets for Thursday night shows (without dinner) cost $16.50 for adults and $13.50 for students, seniors, & military personnel (with a valid ID). Tickets for Friday and Saturday night shows with dinner are $37.50 with discounted $18.50 tickets for the show without dinner. Dinner seating starts at 6:30 with dinner at 7 and the show beginning at 8.
