Has anyone ever puchased group tickets through Broadway.com? I am trying to get group tickets for Rock of Ages and I submitted the request on Monday and it said that someone would contact me within 3 days. On Wednesday, I called and the person I spoke to said that the request was sent to the box office, but I still didn't hear from anyone about this. Has anyone experienced this? Is this normal procedure?
Thanks in advance for your feedback.

It takes the box office several days to get back on the inquiry. I've never used B'way.com (and wouldn't because their "fees" are ridiculous) but I had to deal with it since I book a NY trip for my HS students (90+ people) It can often take SEVERAL weeks until we get confirmation.

Be patient.

I have used them for groups in the past and I'm not impressed with their service. I honestly switched over to Best of Broadway. However, I did an on line request w/ Broadway.com and ended up having to call because I NEVER got a response back and they said what I submitted on line never got to them.. I found it better to call directly. However, check out www.bestofbroadway.com as well.

My school goes through Broadway.com for group sales & I don't think our advisor has ever had a problem.
