Over the past few years I have completely made a transition from acting on stage to being a stage manager. Within the past year, I was on the Production staff as a stage manager for The Full Monty, A Christmas Carol, High School Musical, Refuge, The Vagina Monologues, Titanic The Musical, and I am currently working on Disneys Beauty and the Beast! I completely love working as a stage manager, and I actually have thought of making a career out of it! Since Im only in high school I still have time to make final decisions, but I was just wondering how one becomes a Broadway or Professional Stage Manager. I also have some other questions like what colleges to choose, are the schools hard to get it, how much do stage managers get paid, and how would you go about making stage management into a career? Thanks alot guys! I really appreciate it.

You can have your say,
You can set you goals
And seize the day,
You've been given the freedom
To work your way
To the head of the line-
To the head of the line!"
